Returns and Exchanges - Unwanted items
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return any items from your order, simply contact us to get the process started. We will follow the policy as described below:
Unwanted items includes reasons such as, not liking the scent, no longer needing the item, etc.
Returns for unwanted items will be as follows:
Customer pays for return shipping label and will receive full refund for items back to original payment method within 7 days of receipt of returned items
Exchanges for unwanted items will be as follows:
Seller provides and pays for return shipping label. Within 7 days of receipt of returned items, seller will provide store credit code for buyer to use to place order for the items to be exchanged for. This code will only be valid for 14 days from issuance.
Refunds and Replacements - Defective or damaged items
If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective we will either refund or replace your item (whichever the customer prefers and depending on our available stock). Photos of the items will need to be submitted and it is up to the seller's sole discretion if the items are deemed to be damaged or defective. Photos of the shipping materials might also be required (this is so that we can file a claim with the post office if needed). The refund and replacement will happen within 7 business days of the receipt of the photos and confirmation of the damage.
Unless otherwise noted on the site, processing times will be 2-5 business days. Processing times start when the order is placed and are considered processed when the orders are dropped at the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are as follows:
For orders under $75 after all applicable discounts and before taxes, shipping will be a flat rate of $7.95
For orders $75 and above after all applicable discounts and before taxes, shipping will be free.
Orders will be shipped using whichever shipping method and carrier is the most economical and will be decided on by the seller. Shipping times average 2-7 business days. Possible shipping carriers include: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
Customers will be provided with their shipping information and tracking number as soon as it is created.
